Adam is the company Founder and President of
AKAS Insurance Services, LLC and its General Agency subsidiary Entegril. Prior to forming AKAS, he served in multiple executive positions within the Insurance Industry. Adam has also consulted
with companies in the industry in the area of product development and sales training.
Adam served as the National Director for STAR HRG a leader in Limited Benefit
Medical Plans. At Star he led multiple product lines. Health Net of California as Associate Vice President for Individual
plans and E-Commerce. Director of Sales, BenefitsAlliance, a California based healthcare purchasing plan.

Mark Rambo - Vice President HR Services
Mark Rambo is the Vice President of
HR Services for the AKAS Companies overseeing the delivery of our HR and Management consultancy services. In this role
he also leads our HR Workplace Services subsidiary, a leading HR and Management Consultancy firm providing critical human resource and operational solutions to SMB's
across the country. Mr. Rambo has successfully led executive level Human Resource and Management functions in both private
and publicly held companies since 1996 representing a variety of industries including music entertainment, airlines, restaurant
& food service and technology.
Mr. Rambo is an honors graduate of Troy State University earning a MS
in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness and holds a BS in Human Resource Management
from Florida Southern College.

Robert Alcazar - Benefits Director
Robert has been in the insurance industry
for over 10 years, and has over 15 years of marketing experience working with small and large business owners. His expertise
covers a wide spectrum of products and services ranging from individual insurance to the planning and implementation of employer
benefit programs. In addition, he has held positions with companies like Reliance Standard Life Insurance, Pacific Life &
Annuity, Assurant. Robert is fluent in Spanish.

Michael Kalsched - Director General Agency Operations
Mike runs the day to day operations of our
General Agency. He is a true veteran in the group life and health insurance industry with 30 years of experience. Mike
has an extensive background in sales and management serving previously as Regional Director for BCBS, Mid-Market Director
for Humana, Vice President for AmeriWest, Inc. and Southwestern Sales Manager for CCN, Inc.
